Prenatal yoga is an essential and powerful tool in your transformative journey as you prepare for birth and motherhood. It cultivates an intimate connection with your mind, body, breath and baby. This class will help prepare you for the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of childbirth and beyond.

Your 1:1 Prenatal Yoga Flow Experience:

  • State of your soul- 5 minute mind/body check in so you can be nurtured and supported throughout the entire class
  • Learn how to manage & direct the flow of energy through the body through breath work techniques
  • Feel good stretches and guided self massage to lengthen and relax muscles
  • Pregnancy safe asanas focused on relieving aches & pains and preparing you for birth
  • Guided visualization and meditations designed to deepen your connection to your baby and strengthen your intuition
  • Full body deep relaxation
  • Post class follow up and opportunity for further integration

This offering is open to any mama who wants to experience the incredible benefits of prenatal yoga. All trimesters are welcome. No previous experience in yoga is required. Since this is a private class, it will be completely tailored to your needs!
