
This special postpartum class includes 30 minutes of yoga and developmental movement for baby and 30 minutes of slow flow with poses incorporating baby for mama.
We will begin class with a warmup and then move into our baby yoga inspired poses. Baby Yoga is designed to build their body awareness through touch and movement. This class will support their natural developmental process and build their strength and flexibility needed for tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling and beyond. Then we will transition into a slow flow for postpartum mamas using movement, breath and relaxation to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. Each class will end with a parent and baby relaxation practice.
This class was designed for babies under 12 months but older babies are welcome virtually.
