Baby Belly Basics Workshop

Join Dr. Leah of Compass Chiropractic and Whitney of Mama Aura Wellness for a cozy, hands-on workshop all about helping your baby feel their best. Together, they’ll share how your baby’s brain and belly are deeply connected — and how simple, meaningful movements and gentle massage can make a big difference in easing digestion, soothing discomfort, and supporting healthy growth. You'll learn easy techniques you can use every day to support digestive issues, boost their development, and strengthen your special bond.

🧠 Educational Session with Dr. Leah

Dr. Leah will begin the workshop by discussing the relationship between the gut and brain and its importance in our babies’ digestive system and overall health. She will also discuss how movement and the nervous system play a role in their growth and development.

🤲 Guided Movement and Massage Demo with Whitney

After Dr. Leah’s discussion, Whitney will talk with parents about the powerful benefits of movement and massage in supporting babies' digestion, comfort, and overall development. She’ll then guide you through simple, effective strokes and movements you can use to help stimulate digestion, ease tension, and promote relaxation. Finally, Whitney will show you how to seamlessly weave these practices into your daily routine — making it easy and natural to nurture your baby’s wellness every day.

This event is suitable for babies from birth through PRE-crawling.*

Each participant will also receive an organic baby massage oil and other goodies.

-Please dress comfortably for sitting on a blanket on the ground

-Bring along a baby blanket and baby's favorite non musical toy.

-Registration is per baby/caregiver pair.

-Pregnant mothers and mothers adopting are welcome to attend.

-If you are joining without a baby, bring a doll or stuffed animal to practice the massage routine.

Space is limited to 6, so claim your space!

Cost is $40. Payment is required in advance of the event so we can dive right in to the workshop once you arrive.
